"Gioia per la vita" (Joy for Life) consists of recordings we made during my travels in Italy in 1988 and 1989. Italian is such a wonderful laguage to sing in! My good friend and the leader of the project, Marita Polito, made translations of many of the songs from my repertoire and corrected my Italian pronounciation during the recordings.
I have a wonderful memory from a morning service in Italy, where I sang "La cosa piuŽimportante" (The Greatest Thing). An occasion that pleased The Lord to send His Spirit upon us and to touch all of us that were gathered. An invaluable flow of life!
